Returns and Exchanges FAQ

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@americansurvivalist.us. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted and will not be returned to the sender.

Q: Are there any non-returnable items?

A: Due to respect and care for all of our customers, undergarments (including socks) are non-returnable. ALL SALE items are final.

Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

A: All exchange requests will be processed as returns (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of return shipment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
