Shipping Policy

We ship fast, pack carefully, and keep you posted every step of the way. Here's what to expect when you order from American Survivalist.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. APO and FPO addresses are supported.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order goes out.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no codes, no catches.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship primarily through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, Alaska, and Hawaii may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Click the link in the email or paste the number into the carrier's site to follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@americansurvivalist.us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate it and make it right.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll replace it or refund it, your call. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Incorrect Addresses

Double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier are treated the same way.
