Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece of gear that carries the American Survivalist name. If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. If the product has been used, struck, or shows wear, it's not eligible for return unless it arrived defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@americansurvivalist.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 72 hours with return instructions and a return address. Do not ship anything back before reaching out, unmarked returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued. Depending on your bank, it may take another few days to show up on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund it, your call.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and products that have been used or show wear are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you want a different product or color, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
